PinPath Privacy Policy

Crino Yazılım Pazarlama LTD ŞTİ, operating as Crino Labs (“we”, “us” or “our”), provides PinPath. This policy explains the information processed when you play the game, use its online features, view advertisements or contact us.

Information we process
Player and game data
PinPath creates a player identifier, including an anonymous account identifier used by Firebase Authentication. We process game progress, completed levels, gameplay attempts, coins, hearts, boosters, rewards, events, purchase entitlements and settings to operate the game and save your progress. A display name or avatar you select may also form part of your profile. Anonymous accounts do not require you to provide an email address, but their identifiers and associated records may still be personal data.
Google and Apple sign-in
Where offered, you may choose to sign in with Google or Apple. Depending on the provider, the permissions requested and your choices, we and Firebase Authentication may process a provider-specific account identifier, email address, display name, profile photo if supplied, and authentication tokens needed to verify your identity and maintain your session.
We do not receive your Google or Apple password. If you use Apple’s Hide My Email option, Apple may provide a private relay address instead of your personal email address.
We use sign-in information to authenticate you, associate your account with game progress and entitlements, and support account access and recovery. If you choose to link a sign-in provider to an existing guest account, we associate those account identifiers and the existing game data; any additional consent required for linking an anonymized Apple account will be requested.
Device and usage information
Our service providers may process device and app identifiers, operating system and app version, IP address, language, approximate location derived from network information, session information, gameplay events and technical information. We use this information to provide online services, understand game performance, troubleshoot problems and prevent fraud.
PinPath does not request access to your precise GPS location, contacts, microphone or camera for normal gameplay.
Advertising information
PinPath uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including optional rewarded ads and ads between game activities. Google and its advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, IP addresses, device information, approximate location, ad views, ad interactions and consent choices to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads and prevent fraud.
Whether ads are personalized depends on your choices, location, device settings and eligibility. Ads that are not personalized may still involve data processing for delivery, measurement and fraud prevention.
Purchases and support
If you purchase content through an app store, the store processes payment details under its own policies. We may process transaction identifiers, receipts and entitlement information to validate purchases and provide the purchased content. We do not receive your full payment-card details from the store.
If you contact us, we process the contact information and message you provide to respond to your request.
Why we use this information
We use information to run PinPath, maintain player accounts and cloud saves, validate gameplay and rewards, provide purchases and support, deliver game configuration and updates, display and measure advertisements, improve the game and protect our services from abuse.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our agreement with you for requested game services; consent for processing that requires consent, including relevant advertising or analytics activities; legitimate interests for proportionate service security and improvement where permitted; and legal obligations where applicable.
You may withdraw consent through available controls without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Service providers and sharing
We use Google Firebase services for authentication, cloud storage, remote configuration and gameplay analytics, and Google AdMob for advertising.
Where Google or Apple sign-in is offered and you use it, the selected provider also processes information to authenticate you under its own privacy policy. These providers process information according to their applicable terms and privacy policies. Advertising partners identified in the consent interface may also receive advertising-related information.

How Google uses information from apps that use its services
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or our services, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards. If additional advertising providers are enabled, we will update relevant disclosures and consent controls.
Your choices
You can change the Share playtest data setting in PinPath’s privacy settings to control the game’s optional gameplay analytics. Essential processing for accounts, saves, online gameplay and security may continue. This setting is separate from advertising consent.
Where applicable, you can review or change advertising choices through Settings → Privacy → Ad privacy choices. You can also use your device’s advertising and tracking controls. Any required operating-system tracking permission is handled separately from in-game settings.
The No Ads entitlement removes the game’s automatic interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads may remain available if you choose to view them. No Ads does not disable essential online services or automatically disable analytics.
You can control game notifications through the game’s settings and your device settings.
Where offered, the game’s deletion feature lets you request deletion of your player data. You can also contact contact@crinolabs.com about your information or deletion requests. Include your player ID if available; do not send passwords or payment-card details.
You can manage PinPath’s sign-in authorization through your Google or Apple account settings. Revoking that authorization does not itself delete your PinPath player data; request deletion through the game’s deletion feature where offered or by contacting contact@crinolabs.com. Deleting your PinPath account does not delete your Google or Apple account.
Storage, retention and security
PinPath stores some information on your device and some with our online service providers. We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the described services, resolve requests, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Different categories and service providers may have different retention periods.
Deleting a player account does not necessarily remove records a provider must retain under its own lawful obligations.
We use access controls and other appropriate technical measures to protect information. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information may be processed in countries other than your own; applicable international-transfer safeguards are used where required.
Age eligibility and children
PinPath is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use PinPath. Where applicable law requires parental or guardian consent for a player aged 13 or older, that requirement still applies.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through PinPath, please contact contact@crinolabs.com. We will investigate and take appropriate steps to delete that information. Where necessary, we may ask for information to verify the request and the parent or guardian’s authority.
Privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, obtain a copy, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising-related disclosures.
Contact contact@crinolabs.com to make a request. We may need information to verify that the request concerns your account. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the game or its services change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice or seek renewed consent when required.
